What’s your returns policy?
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, some return orders may take a bit longer to be processed. We hope you will understand, and we will work to get your return sorted as soon as possible.
Thank you so much for shopping with us, we hope you are happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are able to offer you an exchange or refund on full priced items within 14 days of the order being dispatched.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please email returns@gerland-official.com with your order number and the details of the exchange. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges with items that have been used, washed, damaged or with the tags removed.
How do you wash and care for the jeans?
We strongly advise that you do not wash them in temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius and also that you do not tumble dry or Iron the jeans. We recommend that you hand wash each product to maintain the quality of the fabric.
How long will delivery take?
The item will be shipped within 24 hours and we offer standard delivery which will arrive within 3-5 working days and we also offer next working day delivery in the UK. We also offer express shipping worldwide which will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. We offer free delivery for all orders over £250.
